About Aptos/ Rio Del Mar / Seascape

This area is where I like to lead buyers who are really looking to get away. Clause Spreckles built up the area as his summer playground it was yet another area to escape the heat. Famous for its fog that visitors used to bask in, the fog is not as prevalent now, yet Aptos is still an escape from city heat and turbulent city politics. Here there are many beautiful homes with peaceful neighborhoods close to golf, the beach and Nisene Marks State park. Seacliff is an off-shoot area near Seacliff State beach, this adorable little seaside community has wonderful proximity to an expansive beach and truly feels like a beach getaway every day, home to big and small homes this is a true reminiscent of a beach town.


As with so many areas described Rio Del Mar is also small beach side area created with fun and beach visits in mind. Set in a low-lying area, just steps to the beach it wonderful for long uninterrupted strolls and beach BBQs. Seascape just a few miles south also built as a beach community has a wonderful array of living styles to choose from, attached single family homes, townhomes, single homes, condominiums, Seascape resort has condos for sale for short term use, all with the access of a beautiful beach with a large welcoming resort. Seascape resort offers places for family to visit, beach access, restaurant, large event planning and walkways for an easier trip to the shore. This area is home to many residents and visiting tourists, yet it never feels crowded or over run.
